Getting Started
The first step in getting started is to contact us! We’d love to talk to you, and have experience helping new businesses get started. We can setup a time to meet so you can see the kitchen, and go over the requirements below. Don’t worry about contacting us too early in your process. Even if you’re just thinking about it, we can be a big help.
When you’re ready, you’ll need:
- Food Manager’s Certification
- Proof of $1 Million of General Liability Insurance Coverage with McKinney Copper Kitchen as an additional insured
- Signed Operating Agreement and Policy Guidebook
- $100 Security Deposit (PayPal invoiced, no account necessary)
