Rates
Our kitchens are available for rent on an hourly basis. The online scheduling system is an easy and fast way to see kitchen availability and reserve time. Rates are based on the number of hours purchased in a single booking – up to 3 months in advance. Kitchen spaces are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Peak hours are 7 AM to 11 PM. Rates are per hour.
Storage Rates
Both dry storage and cold storage are available for use, free of charge, during the times the client reserves the kitchen. Long term dry and cold storage are available for the client’s rental on a monthly basis. (based on availability)
Rental fees are:
- Dry Storage, 4’x18” – $25 per month per shelf or one rack (Five shelves) – $100 per month
- Refrigerator Storage, 24″ x 24″ x 15″ – $25 per month
- Freezer Storage, 24″ x 24″ x 15″ – $25 per month
- Floor Space – $15 per month per square ft. (based on availability)
